Please read the following appointment policies prior to booking your appointment. By booking an appointment you agree to adhere to the following policies.


Scheduling an Initial Application appointment requires a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. All Brow Reassessments, Brow Grooming, and Brow Tinting appointments must be paid in full at time the of booking. Deposits and payments secure your scheduled appointment date and time.

Please come prepared to pay for the remainder of your appointment. We accept all major forms of credit cards and cash. We do not accept Venmo, Paypal, or any forms of cash apps. No exceptions.


Pertaining to permanent makeup (PMU), all cancellations can be made at any time frame by contacting info@sculptmedispa.com or directly calling. Deposits are nonrefundable and clients are advised to reschedule rather than cancelling. Brow grooming and brow tinting payments and deposits are non-transferable for no shows and late cancellations.


Because of our limited availability, rescheduling an appointment requires a minimum of a 48 hour notification for all brow services. Deposits will be calculated into the total for the rescheduled appointment. In other words, you do not lose your deposit or payment with adequate notification. Patients who reschedule without 48 hour notice are subject to a inconvenience fee that will be subtracted from the deposit. The inconvenience fees are $50 for microblading and microshading and $10 for brow tinting and waxing. Patients who reschedule twice without 48 hours notice will not be allowed to make future appointments.


NO SHOWS are subject to an inconvenience fee which is equal to and taken from the $100 deposit. No shows will not be allowed to make future appointments. Brow grooming and brow tinting payments and/or deposits are non-transferable for no shows.


Microblading and Microshading is a meticulous process that requires the entire up to 3 hours. All patients should arrive on time. If you are running late to your appointment, please call so that the appropriate measures can be made. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed for tardiness greater than 15 minutes. Microblading clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a “late-no-show” and may have to reschedule. Late-no-shows are subject to a late cancellation fee of $50. Same rules apply to Brow tint and wax clients, who are subject to a $10 late-no-show cancellation fee

We will try our best to work with inconveniences, however please be mindful that no shows and rescheduling or cancelling without adequate notice interferes with the success of our business, and interferes with other clients’ appointments. Our goal is to deliver excellent services to our clients, not to charge inconvenience fees. We will always try our best to accommodate scheduling interference’s.”
